Servicing & performance, Chennai

Your car, in the right hands

Repairs and services for European cars: Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche. Upgrades and tuning for any car. Both with the diagnostic equipment and the record-keeping to prove what was done.

How a job starts

We look before we quote

Every car is photographed on arrival and scanned before anyone reaches for a spanner. You get the diagnosis first, in writing, attached to your job.

  • Condition photographed from every side at intake
  • Full diagnostic scan, report attached to the job
  • Findings itemised into parts and labour

How a job runs

Nothing happens without your approval

The estimate goes to you before the work starts, and if the job changes once the car is open it comes back to you again. Progress and photographs are added as the work goes on.

  • Work begins only once you have approved the quote
  • Changes mid-job return to you before continuing
  • Progress updates and photographs as the work goes on
  • Quality check against the job card before collection

The other half of the shop

And when you want more from it

Alongside the servicing bay we run a performance and racing side: ECU and gearbox work, hardware, and track preparation on the same platforms we service.

Every job, every time

Nine stages, and you can see all of them

This is the same pipeline our workshop runs on internally, not a simplified version of it for the website.

  1. Your car is photographed from every side as it arrives, so its condition on the day is on record before anyone touches it.

    Intake01
  2. We read the car properly: a full diagnostic scan, and the report is attached to your job rather than described over the phone.

    Diagnosis02
  3. Findings become an itemised estimate. Parts and labour are listed separately, so you can see what you are paying for.

    Quote03
  4. Nothing proceeds until you approve the quote. If the job changes once it is open, it comes back to you before the work continues.

    Your approval04
  5. Parts are sourced against the approved estimate, and the job waits visibly at this stage while they arrive.

    Parts05
  6. The work happens, with progress updates and photographs added to your job as it goes.

    Work in progress06
  7. The car is checked against the job card before it is called finished, not after you have driven away.

    Quality check07
  8. Final photographs are taken and you are told the car is ready, with the invoice against the same job.

    Ready for collection08
  9. The job closes with its full history intact: scans, photographs, parts and approvals. It stays available to you.

Every job, tracked.

Intake

Every car is photographed and scanned before a spanner is picked up.

Quoting

An itemised estimate goes to the customer for approval before work begins.

Parts

Procurement is tracked against the vehicle record, part by part.

Handover

Progress photos and a quality check close the job, with an invoice to match.

We do not guess. We measure, we photograph, and we tell you before we touch anything.
