How it started
Founded by *Ashwin Durai aka Madras Mechanic*
ICD Tuning was founded by Ashwin Durai aka Madras Mechanic, a european and german car expert, in Chennai in 2016, as a specialist ECU remapping and performance garage for European cars. The servicing side grew alongside it, and the two now run through the same workshop and the same job pipeline.

Diagnose before we quote
A car is scanned and its condition recorded before any work is priced, so the quote answers to what was actually found.
Nothing proceeds without approval
A job does not move past the quote until it is approved, and it comes back to you again if the work changes once it is open.
Every job on record
Photographs, diagnostic scans, itemised quotes and approvals are attached to the job itself and stay with it, not with memory.
