All quotes provided are estimates based on initial assessment. Final costs may vary depending on vehicle condition and additional requirements discovered during service.

• Appointments must be confirmed via WhatsApp or Phone.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technical requirements.
• Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing mechanical issues.

3. Performance Tuning & Warranty

Performance tuning modifications are performed with extreme precision. However, customers must understand that:

• Modifications may affect manufacturer warranties.
• Engine tuning requires strict adherence to recommended maintenance schedules and fuel grades.
• ICD Tuning provides a limited warranty on our workmanship as specified at the time of service.

4. Vehicle Care & Responsibility

While your vehicle is in our care for detailing or repair, we treat it with the utmost respect and use premium protective measures. Customers must remove all personal valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods as specified at our service center.

6. Limitation of Liability

ICD Tuning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our modified components or services beyond the scope of our specific workmanship warranty.
